HOW WE DO?

  • 1. Client send us the sketch directions for our Development team work with
  • 2. Check or Define Tech Files between Account Manager, Production Manager and Pattern Designer
  • 3. Define and check targets of costs, type of client, market, timelines
  • 4. Fabric and Components Sourcing for 1st proto
  • 5. Create / Check the pattern file for 1st proto
  • 6. Produce the 1st proto
  • 7. Client check the 1st proto and make their changes
  • 8. If needed we make the changes on pattern or fabric/components
  • 9. Produce the 2nd proto
  • 10. Client check the 2nd proto, and confirm it with the Account Manager
  • 11. SMS / Photo / Fit Samples + Size sets or Sales Samples production
  • 12. Back & Forth for final specs for Client Approvals
  • 13. Production planning, consumption and final prices for production
  • 14. Follow up on suppliers for Quality control and Timeline compliance
  • 15. When fabrics and components arrive on our warehouse:
    • Internal Quantity Control
    • Internal Quality Control
    • Check production plans for cut (per fabric batch/color)
    • Re-check timeline with client & Approvals
    • Pre-Production & Production Tests
    • Prepare production and/or instruct subcontrators
  • 16. Cut Bulk Production
  • 17. Quality Control on cutted bulk production
  • 18. Sort components for sewing or subcontrators (embroidery, printing, others)
  • 19. Sew (internal and/or subcontrators)
  • 20. Quality control on Sewing
  • 21. Special sew operations, final accessories, ironing, individual packaging & labeling
  • 22. Internal Inspection / Client Inspection or External (3rd party) Inspection
  • 23. Invoicing & Other Documents
  • 24. Shipment or Transform in Fulfillment Rodris
